Sports Sedan Racing cars are modified production touring cars with big engines, huge wings, and massive tyres, and are unique to Australia.
Sports Sedan races cater to a wide variety of body and engine combinations and budget levels amongst competitors and are raced in each state of Australia at National and State and Club level events. They have also supported the Australian F1 and Indycar GP events.
The variety of the builds and engines makes the Sport sedans one of the most exciting premier motorsports in Australia and one of the most affordable for competitors.
There are four classes in which you can race and score points, the classes are based on engine cc and are identical for both Club and State Championships. Classes are identified with different colored windscreen strips so that spectators can keep track off who is leading a class.

- Up to 2000cc
- White Windscreen Strip
- 2001cc to 2500cc
- Red Windscreen Strip
- 2501cc to 4500cc
- Black Windscreen Strip
- 4501cc to 6000cc
- Blue Windscreen Strip
